DFR both for LDI and UV
Introduction
FT series are aqueous processable photosensitive film newly developed both for Laser Direct Imaging(LDI) and UV system. They are excellent in Cu&Sn plating resistance, adhesion, resolution, tenting ability making a contribution to higher production yield.
