Introduction

First double-side 2 L-FCCL, manufactured by using self-developed PI, TPI, TsPI and special constructions, possess high peel strength and tensile strength, excellent dimensional stability and thermal resistance, and can be used in high-performance single- or multi-Layer FPC. In accordance with customers’ different application scenarios and different property requests, we design and manufacture different 2 L-FCCL series with differentiated properties each.
